Implementing AEPCAS

In 2015, within the implementation of energy service agreements the Company organized data collection from 18,454 metering points, whereas the plan was 40,547 metering points. Nonfulfillment of the plan was associated with the termination of one energy service agreement for 15,941 metering points and a delay from works schedule of energy service companies.

AEPCAS implementation proved its efficiency in reducing electricity losses. In 2015, actual losses on feeders included in energy service agreements were reduced by 26.4 % on average and reached the level of 11.8 %.

In 2016, the Company plans to continue AEPCAS implementation under energy service agreements. It is planned to automate more than 27 ths metering points and to increase the number of AEPCAS to 86-90 ths pcs by the end of 2016; which will be 7.7–8 % of the all metering devices in the Company. Implementation of energy service agreements will reduce electric power losses of the Company by 264 mln KWh.
